Contact
Send feedback, bug reports, or workflow questions.
If a file behaves strangely, a browser export looks wrong, or a guide leaves out an edge case you care about, use the contact address below. Short, concrete reports are the easiest to act on.
Contact email
This is the best place for bug reports, compatibility notes, feature suggestions, and feedback about the supporting guides.
What kinds of reports are most useful
Export issues
For example: transparency missing, file too large, wrong format behavior, or download problems.
Browser differences
If the tool behaves differently in Chrome, Edge, Safari, or mobile browsers, that is worth reporting clearly.
Guide gaps
If a tutorial page misses a real-world use case, that feedback is valuable because the site is meant to reduce guesswork.
Workflow friction
Small frustrations matter too, especially if the tool is making a simple task slower than it should be.
Image edge cases
Odd aspect ratios, screenshots with transparency, or unusually large exports can reveal gaps that normal testing misses.
Accessibility or clarity
If controls, labels, or page explanations are unclear, it helps to hear where the confusion happens.
Before sending a bug report
- Try the same image in another browser if possible.
- Note whether the issue appears only with JPG, PNG, WebP, or all of them.
- Write down the settings used: radius, border, padding, background, and export format.
- If the issue involves transparency, mention whether the source image already had transparent areas.
